Acts as the administration officer for the group. Also acts as a liaison to the world outside the group.

The Herald is responsible for ceremonial and etiquette structure for Baronial courts and meetings. Also coordinates the registration of names and devices.

The Chronicler is responsible for the publication of the Barony's newsletter.

The Treasurer manages the financial assets of the Barony.

Coordinates classes on the various arts and sciences that the people of the Barony create. Works to promote the shareing of knowledge of the arts.

Acts as the coordinator of demos, and newcomer's classes. Helps newcomers become more familiar with the S.C.A..

Coordinates children's activities at the various Baronial events during the year.

Coordinates the heavy weapons combat within the Barony. Also oversees training and safety at the weekly fighter practice.

Coordinates the light weapons combat within the Barony. Oversees and the ensures safe conduct of weekly practices. Trains new fighters and submits reports to the KRM.

Coordinates the archery activities within the Barony. Also oversees training and safety at the weekly archery practice.

Coordinates 18 and under activities to recreate medieval foot combat,
as practiced in the SCA.

Is responsible for the administration of first aid if it is needed at events. Acts as a first responder in case of an emergency.

Is responsible for the construction and maintenance of the Barony's web presence.

Coordinates Siege activities within the Barony. Also oversees training and safety at Baronial events during the year.

Is responsible for the Baronies Historical information.
