In honor of the HUGE number of awesome artisans in our Barony, I have added 'focus pages' on the A&S page to show off the talents of our Barony. Included on this page is also any handouts that I receive for A&S classes. Please don't hesitate to send me your bodies of work with photo and model releases, if applicable or send electronic versions of handouts/worksheets that are used in A&S type classes/meetings. As seen at Gulf War, our artisans and their talents are AMAZING in our Kingdom. This is part of what makes the Dream alive! Yours in service, Kajira Camber, Baroness of Wiesenfeuer

The heartbeat of war is HERE (well, was here...)! We cannot believe that March has already started and war is already over! If you didn't make it this year, we hope to see you there in 2013! So many great things are going on in our Barony! Scribal guild is still going strong with Nikolea still teaching scribal techniques to the guild and setting up for Baronial Champion scrolls to be made for the Namron of Wiesenfeuer events! Rapier is still at increased numbers! Now chivalric practices are going amazingly well! We are having multiple knights coming to practice. Even Sir Bear is having formalized teaching of new fighters! Sir Owen is still teaching our youth fighters in the youth marshallate program! People are stepping up and volunteering for Baronial needs and offices because they want to, not just because we need them to! OUR POPULACE IS AWESOME and we are honored to be your Baron and Baroness. On another note, back to war…We haven’t had a Baronial fighting group at war due to our extremely low number of fighters that aren’t part of another group or household that typically go to wars. Putting out ‘feelers’ to see how many of you are planning for GW 2013 and do we want to put on a S&B to make fighting garb for everyone to be able to fight in Baronial colors? You can make your piece specific to your need (type of tunic, fabric, have it include household markings, etc). Please make sure and volunteer for one or multiple areas of Wiesenfeuer Baronial. There are A LOT of activities planned. It is unlike any event that we have ever held as a Barony and, possibly, as a Kingdom! Let’s show everyone just how awesome our Barony and Northern Ansteorra can be! Cassius and Kajira-Baron and Baroness of Wiesenfeuer |
