Pets:

Pets are allowed on site as long as they are leashed (don't want doggies relieving self on people's stuff/tent) and they are up to date (and you have proof) on all required vaccinations. (LEASH REQUIREMENT WILL BE ENFORCED!)

Cabin Reservations:

There are a limited number of cabins available, which are available on a first come-first served basis.

To place your reservation, please contact Lady Kyna at kynaterricsdottir@yahoo.com . Make sure and include the number of beds needed and the names of those that are staying in the cabin. Cabins sleep anywhere from 2-10 people.

Please, keep in mind that the cabins are not easily accessable via wheelchair or motorized cart and are on a slight slope. Due to loss of topsoil and exposed water lines, vehicles are not allowed to drive down into the cabin area, so some hauling of personal items will be required. Please pack and plan accordingly.

There is plenty of land area for placement of tents for camping, if you are unable to obtain a cabin reservation.

*Please make checks payable to ‘SCA. Inc., Barony of Wiesenfeuer.
*Minors MUST be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. They may also attend with a 21 year or older adult with a signed and notarized Minor Event Waiver form from the parents.
*Site is wet, period containers please.
